a good size book shelf or a book case for my cubicle by Mitch Richman on 12/9/1999
I need either a good size book shelf or a book case for my cubicle REASON: I have neither and I am constanly using reference books on UNIX tools, PERL Programming, LINNUX, and probably JAVA soon. Right now I am piling up the reference books around the cubicle. Something more orderly would be helpfull.

Nina in Nepal by Nina on 12/19/2001
As most of you know I'm living the high life over here in Kathmandu. Selling herbs is not a bad way to make a living, let me tell you. My brother arrived today to keep me company during the holiday season. The plan is to come back to the States for a month or two next summer to attend a few weddings and then back here for as long as I feel I should stay. This is a great place for visitors so come one, come all. Yes, the plane ticket is a bit pricey but it's soooo cheap once you're here.

Where's Chris? by Chris Henderson on 1/9/2002
I just wanted to give you all an update on my plans. I have officially decided that I do want to become a high school teacher, so I am now working in earnest toward getting my teaching certificate. I started my first class at the Bay Area Teacher's Center today, and I'm hoping to start teaching this fall. If I have my druthers, I will be teaching health -- the sex, drugs, alcohol, nutrition, parenting, and relationships class. I'm sure I will pull on a lot of Thrive knowledge for that! I'm probably going to get certified in English, too, though, so I could teach journalism or lit classes if necessary.
