MEXICAN STREET CORN DIP on 11/28/2025

Mexican Street Corn Dip is a tasty hot party dip recipe loaded with corn, cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, crumbled feta, red onions and shredded cheese.
Ingredients:
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 tablespoon garlic puree
* 1 cup diced red onions
* 30 oz canned corn, drained
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* 8 oz cream cheese
* ½ cup sour cream
* ½ tablespoon lime juice
* â?? cup crumbled feta
* 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Topping
* â?? cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
* ½ teaspoon chili powder
* ¼ cup chopped green onions
* 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
Instructions:
1. Place an oven safe skillet on a burner over medium heat.
2. Set the oven to broil on HIGH.
3. Add the butter to skillet.
4. As the butter is melting and the garlic puree to the skillet and stir well.
5. Add the red onions to the skillet and stir well.
6. Continue cooking the onions for a couple minutes.
7. Add the corn to the skillet and stir well.
8. Add the chili powder, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir well.
9. Continue cooking the corn for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until itâ??s completely melted.
11. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the sour cream and lime juice to the skillet and stir well.
12. Add the feta and shredded cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted.
13. Sprinkle the â?? cup of shredded cheese on top.
14. Sprinkle the ½ teaspoon of chili powder on top.
15. Place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese on top is bubbling. 2 - 3 minutes.
16. Remove the dish from the oven.
17. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and feta on top.
18. Serve and enjoy
